What is Voye Global?
Voye Global is a travel eSIM provider offering international mobile data in 149+ destinations around the world, with calls and SMS available on selected plans.
Its main options include:
- Country plans that cover one destination, like France
- Regional plans that cover several countries in one eSIM, like Europe
- Global plans that cover a much bigger group of countries, basically most of the world
Within those, there are two main types of plans:
- Fixed data plans, which give you a set amount of data, like 3 GB, to use within a set validity period, like 7 days

There are a few other options too:
- Calls and SMS on selected plans, so check what’s included before buying if you need either
- Cruise plans, which are designed for supported cruises if you don’t want to rely entirely on onboard Wi-Fi
- Family plans, which let you manage several eSIMs through one account when you’re traveling as a group. They can work out more expensive than buying individual country or regional plans, so we’d compare both options before choosing one

We’ve done everything through the Voye Global app rather than the website and we really like it. It’s clean and easy to find your way around, with options to change the language, access your referral code and look back through your billing history.
The only small issue we’ve noticed is that some pages take a little while to load. For example, when we tap on a country, the plans can take a few seconds to appear.
Our quick take on Voye Global
We actually came across Voye Global long before we started testing eSIMs for Travel ESIM Expert and used it on a few personal trips. It was already a well known name back then and it still feels like a properly established eSIM brand now.
Outside of the connection itself, the app is probably what stands out most to us. It’s much more complete than some of the basic eSIM apps we’ve used.
Price is the bit we’re less convinced about. In the plans we’ve compared, Voye isn’t always one of the cheapest options. We wouldn’t call it expensive across the board, but it definitely feels more like a premium eSIM brand than a budget one.
What has Voye Global been like in our testing?
Our first proper Voye Global test was in South Korea in July 2026. We used its 7 day, 6GB plan in 3 different cities, with our fastest result recorded in Seoul.

Speed Testing
We run 3 consecutive speed tests using Speedtest by Ookla in the same physical location with at least 3 out of 4 signal bars. If all 3 results fall within roughly a 15% download speed range, we record the highest result. If results vary more than this, we rerun the test to avoid random spikes or drops. This reflects realistic peak performance under stable conditions.
Stability Check
We use the eSIM normally over at least 2 to 3 days and note:
- Any full signal dropouts
- Whether reconnections happen automatically
- Whether any manual intervention is needed
If no issues occur, we state that explicitly.
Real-Life Usage Tests
We test every eSIM with common everyday tasks, including:
- General web browsing
- Google Maps loading and navigation
- WhatsApp messaging and media sending
