3. Roamless Pricing Models (Flex vs Fix)

Roamless works differently than Airalo or Nomad. You have two ways to pay:

A. Roamless Flex (Pay As You Go)

• How it works: You load your Roamless wallet with credit, for example $20. You pay only for the MBs you use.
• Best for: Short trips, layovers, or crossing borders.
• Advantage: Unused money never expires.

B. Roamless Fix (Data Bundles)

• How it works: You buy a specific plan, for example, 5 GB of data for France
• Best for: Longer trips where you know you’ll use a lot of data and likely won’t cross borders
• Advantage: Usually cheaper per GB than the “Flex” rate.

4. Setup & Support (Quick Guide)

Roamless’ wallet system works differently than other eSIMs, here’s how to get set up correctly.

A. How to redeem your 20% discount

Download the App: Get the Roamless app on iOS or Android.

• Add Funds: Go to your wallet to add credits
• Enter Code: Tap “Promo Code” and enter TRAVELESIMXP.
• Verify: The 20% discount is applied instantly to your balance.

B. Flex vs. Fix

Use “Flex” (Pay As You Go): If you are visiting multiple countries or just have a layover. You pay per MB from your wallet. Credits never expire.

Use “Fix” (Fixed data): If you are staying in 1 country for a week or more. Buying a USA 5GB Plan is usually cheaper than paying the “Flex” rate.

• Note: If you run out of “Fix” data, the app automatically switches to your “Flex” wallet so you never lose connection. Quite a cool feature if you ask us.

C. How to enable in-app calling

Roamless allows you to make phone calls to 200+ destinations using your data credit through VoIP in the app. To activate, go to the calls tab in the app and toggle Enable Calling.

Cost: Most calls cost about 1 to 5 cents per minute, deducted from your Flex balance.

D. Troubleshooting: Data Not Working?

If your Roamless eSIM connects but has no internet:

• Check Data Roaming: Ensure Data Roaming is turned on in your phone settings.
• Toggle Airplane Mode: Turn Airplane mode on for 5 seconds, then off to force a network reset.
• Check Wallet Balance: Ensure you have a positive balance in your Flex wallet.
